We Dream of a Brazilian Cafe in India
The struggle still continues in India with women's rights, so we want to create a financially self-sufficient platform to employe and help women living in poverty. Many are victims of abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking and labor injustices.
Tovika is an Indian Pastry Chef, MBA, whose dream is to expand her ministry among women. She longs to see thousands more recover their self-esteem, joy and hope, by providing a platform to sustain themselves, become financially independent, receive psychological guidance and long-term mentoring. Our Café will also allow 1) youth to gather in an environment of joy, peace and mutual respect, 2) offer Brazilian pastries and desserts, with a delicious cup of coffee to all those in search of a perfect place to meet friends and 3) generate resources to support our local initiatives to become self-sufficient. We praise God for the provision needed to open this strategically located Brazilian café in India.
