We carefully select men and women we can develop into highly skilled soccer coaches. We look for men and women who possess excellent character, athletic acuity, self-discipline, compassion, patience and a tender heart for children. These coaches must earn the respect of people from all castes and ages.

We carefully select young women to train in the work of counseling. Many of the children (street kids) we are privileged to rescue come from tragic backgrounds of living in severe poverty have suffered many forms of abuse: sexual, physical, psychological, labor, and drug abuse. Having well trained counselors helps those children who have been rescued to find holistic healing.
